Tim Horton's seems to be on almost every corner, and several of Ontario’s were put there by G&S, whose work has included new construction, renovations, equipment upgrades, and store maintenance.

In 2006, the historical Dominion Public Building on Richmond Street in London received an extensive renovation – valued at $1.65M and completed in 23 months – to all eight floors and basement levels. The distribution system including its 100KW roof-mounted standby diesel generator was replaced in its entirety, and upgrades were completed to all lighting and power systems.

Afton Park Place, a 128 bed long-care nursing home in Sarnia, Ontario, was wired by G&S in 2001 – on schedule and on budget.

Energy Place II, on Southdale Road in London, is a two-storey, multi-unit commercial building wired by G&S to mirror-image the first facility erected earlier – and with an environmentally responsible commitment to electrical efficiency.

G&S recently wired The Interface Dental Clinic in St. Thomas, consisting of four operatory rooms, recovery rooms, and lab areas which are ensured power through a 40KW natural gas generator.

G&S has finished several of the familiar East Side Mario's restaurants in the London area over the past few years, providing extensive lighting and kitchen equipment to these attractive, stand-alone buildings.
